gamers. Before you jump into the content, commerce, and community opportunities
available on our sites, please take a moment to review this User Agreement (the
"Agreement"). This Agreement is an agreement between you (referred to
hereinafter as "You", "Your", "Member", or "User") and TM Websoft Inc. It is
important that you understand both the benefits we provide, as well as our
limitations.
This Agreement applies to the web sites
owned by MMOsite.com and its affiliates (referred to hereinafter as either
"MMOsite" or "sites"). This agreement also applies to the various services
offered by MMOsite (collectively, the "Services"). While the Sites each offer a
different combination of services and tools from one site to another, this
agreement reflects our approach to memberships across our Sites and Services.
MMOsite.com(a Web site operated wholly by TM Websoft Inc.)
provides this site as a resource for MMOsite community. Forum posts can be
deleted and users may be banned from this site, without prior warning or
explanation, at the sole discretion of TM Websoft Inc.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
When you log in MMOsite.com or complete the member registration
process, you agree to this Agreement. This Agreement may be updated from time to
time. Your continued use of our services signifies your binding acceptance of
the changes. This Agreement will always be available on this page for you to
read. If any part of the Agreement or any future changes to the Agreement are
not acceptable to you, you may cancel your Service. Your continued use of that
service means that you accept the Agreement.
You must be at least 13
years of age to use this Web site. Persons under the age of 13 MUST obtain a
parent's or guardian's permission prior to using this Web site.
2. Service Terms
A. MMOsite information. As a commitment to our users, we
currently provide you with access to a rich collection of online resources.
Containing 12 major sections including News, Game Vaults, Forum, Featured Games,
Download, Photo, Video, Gamelist, Answer, Space, Contests & Events and
Top100, MMOsite serves as a platform for users to communicate and exchange ideas
with one another. Some Services offered on MMOsite are presently provided free
of charge. However, please be advised that some, but not all, areas of the Site
contain fee-based services.
B. Service Limitations. We will do our best to make your
experience with MMOsite and Services a pleasurable one. However, we cannot
always foresee or anticipate technical or other difficulties. These difficulties
may result in loss of data, personalization settings or other service
interruptions. For this reason, you agree that MMOsite and Services, including
the services of our third-party service providers, are provided "AS IS". MMOsite
and Services and our third-party service providers cannot assume responsibility

C. Service Changes and Discontinuation. MMOsite.com reserves
the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Sites and
Services at any time without notice. You agree that MMOsite will not be liable
to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of these Sites
and Services.
D. Privacy Policy. We respect and are committed to protecting
your privacy. We gather personal information from all registering members. We
also store your personal preferences related to this Web site in your account
data. We also collect data relating to all network connections, primarily your
IP address. We may contract with various third parties who cooperate with us to
provide and maintain the Web Site or the Services. We will use commercially
reasonable efforts to prevent such third parties from disclosing your Personal
Information, except for the purpose of providing the services in question. We

other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to MMOsite.com. After

in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any
way you choose.
Our site contains content that we create as well as content
provided by third parties. This content includes, among other things, images,
previews, reviews and interviews. It also includes information about games and
services offered by parties other than MMOsite.com, such as games descriptions,
specifications, availability, and performance. We do not guarantee the accuracy,
the integrity, or the quality of the content on our sites, and you may not rely
on any of this content. Without limitation, we are not responsible for postings
by users in the user opinion, forums, message board, or feedback sections of our

materials upon notification from the complaining party that the dispute has been
resolved.
